We provide services for REO, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD and bank owned properties in Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.

  • SECURING / LOCK CHANGES  Locks changed and keyed to master code requested.

  • TRASH / DEBRIS REMOVAL  Removal of all furniture, trash, metals, wood and hazardous material.

  • GENERAL REPAIR / REHABILITATION SERVICES  Plumbing and electrical repairs.  Walls, flooring, ceiling repair / replacement, painting, mold removal, demolition and remodels.

  • WINTERIZATIONS / DE-WINTERIZATIONS  Complete winterization / de-winterization of heating and plumbing systems.

  • SMOKE / CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR INSTALLATION  Installation of smoke and carbon detectors;  electrical circuits.

  • BOARDING / TARPING  Boarding of windows and doors, tarping of roofs.

  • BASEMENT PUMPING  Draining of flooded basement.  Will also install sump pump.

  • JANITORIAL SERVICES  Sales clean of properties.  Including but not limited to; floors, sinks, bathtubs, showers, cabinets, garages and much more.

  • LAWN CARE  Lawn mowing and general clean up.

  • LOCKOUTS / EVICTIONS  Support local law enforcement with property removal.  Restricting access to property and securing property.
